  5. Heat oil in pan and fry the Scotch egg till light brown in colour..
  6. For assembling,add mayonnaise, mustard sauce and tomato sauce in a bowl and mix well..
  7. Cut burger buns in half, slightly heat on pan, spread some sauce mixture, arrange salad ingredients, place cut Scotch egg and cheese slice and place the other half piece of bun over it..
  8. Serve with green chutney or tomato sauce..
