  2. Prepare 1 lb of ground pork.
  3. Prepare 2 cup of sliced onion.
  4. You need 1 can of 1 lb. 12 oz. crushed tomatoes.
  5. Provide 2 can of 15 oz. tomato sauce.
  6. Take 1 can of Rotel diced tomatoes & chilies.
  7. Provide 1 can of 6 oz tomato paste.
  8. Provide 1 of salt.
  9. Use 1 of pepper.
  10. Take 1 of chili powder.
  11. Prepare 1 of garlic powder.
  12. Take 1 of Italian seasoning.

  1. Cook hamburger and pork in pan on stove..
  2. Add salt, pepper, chii power and garlic powder to your taste..
  3. Once meat is cooked remove meat from pan and put in slow cooker but leave grease from meat. Cook onions in pan with grease until tender. Add to slow cooker..
  4. Add crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, Rotel diced tomatoes & chilies and tomato paste to meat in slow cooker. Mix all ingredients together. ( If you like beans in your chili, add a can of kidney beans)..
  5. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning..
  6. Put lid on slow cooker and cook on low for 9 hours..
