  1. Prepare 12 of potatoes(potatoes should be small).
  2. Prepare 3 of onion.
  3. Get 3 of tomato.
  4. Provide 1 of capsicum.
  5. Provide 2 tbsp of garlic.
  6. Prepare 1/2 tbsp of khasmiri chilli powder.
  7. Provide 1/2 tsp of turmeric Powder.
  8. Take 1/2 tbsp of coriander powder.
  9. Prepare 3 tbsp of oil.
  10. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  11. Prepare 2 tsp of garam masala.

  1. Cut big pieces of onion and tomato and half crush it.
  2. Cut square pieces of capsicum.
  3. Half crush garlic.
  4. Now take a kadai and add oil in it and when it is heated add half crush onion and tomato paste, salt and turmeric powder and roast for 5 minutes.
  5. Add salt and turmeric powder to the potatoes and then boil till 1 whishtle.
  6. When the gravy is cooked add garlic, coriander powder, 2 tbsp water, khasmiri chilli powder and garam masala and roast for 2 to 3 minutes.
  7. Now add all the potatoes and mix it well and cook for 5 minutes on slow flame.
  8. Now add coriander and serve it.
