The ingredients needed to prepare Potato Nuggets:

  1. Get of Potato Boiled and mashed.
  2. Get of Chilli flakes/Red chilli powder.
  3. Get of Salt.
  4. You need of cornflour for Binding.
  5. Prepare of Bread crumbs.
  6. Prepare of refined flour.
  7. Provide of Water.
  8. Use of Ginger garlic paste.
  9. Use of Oil for frying.

Instructions to make Potato Nuggets:

  1. In a bowl add mashed potatoes add chilli flakes/powder salt and ginger garlic paste mix well and keep dough in fridge for 10-15 min.
  2. Now take out dough make nuggets and again keep in fridge to set properly for 10 min.
  3. In small bowl make slury of flour and water and in a plate sprinkle bread crumbs.
  4. Take out nuggets dip in slury coat well in bread crumbs and again keep in fridge for 10-15 min to set.
  5. Now Deep fry nuggets and serve hot with sauce/chutney.
  6. Note:- I used chilli powder u cn use chilli flakes also and also for better results just put dough in piping bag and pipe out nuggets for easy handling.
