Now add tomato and onions. Saute for 5-10 minutes. Add salt,red chilli powder, turmeric powder, sambhar masala. Saute for another 5 minutes. Meanwhile smash toor dal and vegetables with blender (in cooker). Now add water in toor dam and vegetables (in cooker) and put on flame to boil. Add sauted tomato and onions into cooker.
