The ingredients needed to make Pav bhaji:

  1. Provide 5 tbsp of oil.
  2. Take 2 of potato finely chopped.
  3. You need 2-3 of tomato finely chopped.
  4. Prepare 1 of small carrot finely chopped.
  5. Provide 3-4 of onion finely chopped.
  6. Get 1/4 cup of peas(today i have no peas so i made without peas).
  7. You need 1 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste.
  8. Use 3/4 cup of cauliflower chopped.
  9. Get 2 tbsp of red chilli powder.
  10. Provide 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.
  11. Use 2 tsp of coriander-cumin powder.
  12. Use 1 tsp of pavbhaji masala( i used everest masala.
  13. Use to taste of Salt.
  14. You need 1 tsp of lemon juice.
  15. Prepare 2 tbsp of Coriander leaves chopped.
  16. Use 1 packet of pav.
  17. Provide as needed of Butter for serving pav and bhaji.

Instructions to make Pav bhaji:

  1. First take pressor cooker and boil all the veggies on medium flame for 2-3 whistles..
  2. Mash all the boiled veggies..
  3. Heat oil and add onion in it.cook until onion translucent..
  4. Now add tomato and cook for minute..
  5. Then add ginger-garlic paste and cook it..
  6. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin-coriander powder and pav bhaji masala powder..
  7. Stir it and cook for a minute on high flame..
  8. Add little water and cook for another 2-3 minutes..
  9. Add boiled and mashed vegetables and lemon juice..
  10. Mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes. Taste for the salt at this stage and add more if required. Turn off the flame. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Bhaji is ready for serving..
  11. Serve it with butter pav, salad,papad,buttermilk..
