  1. Take 4 of patato.
  2. You need 2 cup of cauliflower.
  3. You need 2 cup of carrot.
  4. Get 1 cup of capsicum.

  7. Take 2 tbsp of garlic cloves paste.
  8. Take 1 tbsp of ginger paste.

  10. Provide 3 tbsp of amul butter.
  11. Get 1 tSp of cumin seeds.
  12. Get 1 of large onion.
  13. Provide 1 tsp of kashmiri red chilli.
  14. Prepare 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
  15. Use to taste of Salt.
  16. Get 2-3 tbsp of pavbhaji masala.
  17. Use as needed of Coriander leaves chopped.
  18. Use 12 of Pavs.

Instructions to make Pav bhaji:

  1. Rinse chop & peel the veggies.
  2. Add the all chopped veggies in a pressure cooker add watr.
  3. Pressure cook the veggies for 5_6 westale heat a pan add 2_3 tbsp butter in pan when buttr melt add 1 tbsp cumin seeds add 1 cup chopped onion when onion tranculate add 2 tsp ginger garlic paste.
  4. Add capsicum and fry add tomato & salt fry till tamto turn off soft & mushy.
  5. Add chilli powder coriander powder&pavbhaji masala mix and fry another 2 mints.
  6. Add boiled and mashed veggies add water and cook when bhji thickness add kasuri methi & coriander leaves and add buttr serve with pav & chutney.
