  3. Prepare of Tabasco Sauce.
  4. Get of water.
  5. You need of Salt.
  6. Get of Black Pepper, ground.
  7. Take of Red Pepper, crushed, dry.
  8. Use of onion, chopped.
  9. Get of jalapeños, sliced (16oz).

Steps to make Pickled Eggs - Yooper Style:

  1. Boil eggs for 12 Minutes.
  2. Allow eggs to cool.
  3. Peel eggs and rinse.
  4. Chop onion.
  5. Combine vinegar, water, jalapeños with sauce, onion, Tabasco, salt, black pepper, and red pepper in large sauce pot. This will be called the 'juice'.
  6. Cover sauce pan.
  7. Bring the juice to a boil (warning: boiling vinegar is very stinky).
