  1. Use 3 cups of chicken or veg stock.
  2. Get 1 of pile of nice mushrooms.
  3. You need 1 of healthy-looking corgette.
  4. Prepare 5 of garlic cloves, chopped.
  5. Use 1 tsp of Worsterchire sauce.
  6. Prepare 4 tbsp of soy sauce.
