The ingredients needed to make Masala Pav:

  1. Provide 2 of Onions chopped.
  2. Provide 4 of Garlic chopped.
  3. Use 4 of Tomatoes chopped finely.
  4. Use 1 of Capsicum medium chopped finely.
  5. Prepare 3 tbso of Coriander leaves.
  6. Prepare 2 tsp of Oil.
  7. Provide 2 tbsp of Butter.
  8. Provide 2 tsp of Pavbhaji masala.
  9. Prepare 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  10. Get 1 tsp of Coriander powder.
  11. You need 1/2 tsp of Garam masala powder.
  12. You need to taste of Salt.

Instructions to make Masala Pav:

  1. Heat oil and add the fi ely chopped onions and garlic and saute till translucent.
  2. Add all the dry spices and cook on high flame for 2 mins.Lower the flame.
  3. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook till oil separates.
  4. Add the capsicum.
  5. Finally add the Finely chopped coriander leaves.
  6. Heat butter in a pan and add our masala, fry for 2 mins.
  7. Now slit open the pavs and place them over the masala.
  8. Apply the masala all over the inside of the pavs and fry the pav in both sides till golden.
  9. Serve warm along with some garama Garam Chai.
