  1. Take 4 of potatoes.
  2. You need 1 cup of peas.

  2. When cool all veggies... mash it.
  3. Take a nonstick vessel.. Add finally chopped onion roast it.. Add garlic paste and finally chopped tomatoes in it....
  4. On slow flame roast it properly now add all the spices...after few minutes add mashed veggies in it.
  5. Now cook this bhaji for 10 minutes.. Now add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves....
  6. Bhaji is ready to eat....
