  1. Prepare 3 of potatoes cubed.
  2. Get 1 cup of cauliflower florets.
  3. Provide 1 of capsicum cubed.
  4. Provide 1 cup of green peas.
  5. Prepare 2 cup of spinach puree.
  6. You need 2 of green tomato finely chopped.
  7. Take 1 cup of green onion leaves finely chopped.
  8. Get 2 of onion finely chopped.
  9. Provide 2 spoon of ginger garlic paste.
  10. Use 1 cup of water.
  11. Use 2 spoon of clarified butter.
  12. Prepare 4 spoon of butter.
  13. Prepare 2 spoon of pavbhaji masala.
  14. Prepare of Salt as per taste.
  15. Use 1/4 spoon of turmeric powder.
  16. Get 1/2 spoon of red chilli powder.
  17. Prepare 3/4 cup of lemon juice.
  18. Take 8 of pav.
  19. You need of Onion and lemon slices for serving.

Steps to make Green pav bhaji:

  1. Put potato,peas,caouliflower,capsicum,s alt and turmeric powder in a cooker.
  2. Add water and cook for 3-4 whistles.
  3. Mash cooked veggies with a masher.
  4. Heat clarified butter in a wok and saute onion and ginger garlic paste.
  5. Add tomato and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add green onion leaves and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Mash with a masher.
  8. Add both spices and and cook for 2 minutes.
  9. Add spinach and cook 3-4 minutes.
  10. Add mashed veggies and cook until it thickens.
  11. Mash properly.
  12. Switch off the flame after adding lemon juice and butter.
  13. Cut pav from middle and roast from both sides by applying butter.
  14. Serve green bhaji with lemon and onion slices..
