The ingredients needed to prepare Pav Bhaji:

  1. Take 1/2 kg of green gourd(gheeya).
  2. Take 150 gram of petha.
  3. Use 1 cup of peas.
  4. Take 2 of potatoes.
  5. Prepare 1/3 cup of beans.
  6. Get 1 of chopped onion.
  7. Use 4 of grinded tomatoes.
  8. Use to taste of salt.
  9. Take 1 of chopped green capsicum.
  10. Prepare 2 tsp of pavbhaji masala.
  11. Take 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder.
  12. Use 1 tsp of chopped coriander leaves.
  13. Prepare 1 tsp of lemon juice.
  14. Provide as needed of water.

Steps to make Pav Bhaji:

  1. Wash & boil all vegetables except capsicum with1 cup water & 1 tsp pavbhaji masala in cooker till they become mashy..
  2. Heat oil in a pan with chopped onions.Cook till they become golden brown. Add all the ingredients & saute..
  3. Add grinded tomatoes, chopped green capsicum & all the ingredients. Cook on low flame till oil spreads from corners..
  4. Open the lid of cooker & mash the boiled vegetables with masher.Now add cooked masala & lemon juice in it.Mix well..
  5. Cook till all the water is absorbed. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves & serve hot with pav..
