  1. Use 500 gms of Tomato.
  2. Get 2 tbsp. of Oil.
  3. Provide 1 tbsp of butter.
  4. Provide 1 tbsp of Jaggery.
  5. Take 1 tsp of ginger grated.
  6. Prepare 4-5 of garlic cloves.
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp of pepper powder.
  8. Get 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.
  9. Get 1 tbsp of Coriander stems fresh.
  10. Get 1 tbsp of Coriander leaves chopped.
  11. Take to taste of Salt.
  12. Get 1 of small onion.
  13. You need 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds.
  14. Take 1 tsp of besan.
  15. Use 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder.
  16. Get 1 of Bay leaf.
  17. Use 1 of green chilli.
  18. Use 1" of cinammon stick.

Steps to make Tom yum Shorba:

  1. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds coriander stems tej patta, cinnamon stick chopped onions, grated ginger garlic saute till onion gets transparent. Add chopped tomato red chilli powder, turmeric powder salt and jaggery saute mix well.Add 1/2 glass water and cook for 25 -30 mins. mash with masher and strain.Take out tej patta and cinnamon stick..
  2. Again strain liquid and mix both. Now put a pot on a flame add butter saute besan and add tomatoes liquid add water for consistency pepper powder and allow it to cook on medium flame for 10 mins now add chopped coriander leaves mix well andn serve hot..
  3. Yummy tasty Tom Yum Shorba is ready to serve..
