  1. Prepare 2 small cup or 150 g of rice.
  2. Use 2 of onion.
  3. Get 4 of tomatoes.
  4. Use 2 of capsicums.

  6. Get 1/2 cup of boiled or fresh peas.
  7. Take 1 cup of chopped coriander leaves.

  11. Provide 1 tsp of dhania (coriander) powder.
  12. Provide 5 tbsp of oil or butter for tadka.

  1. Boil rice and boil potatoes and peas. Chop all vegetables. Make a paste of ginger and garlic cloves with salt..

Tomatoes, capsicum, boiled & peeled & little smashed potatoes, and peas.fry it properly then add two spoon water add turmeric powder, salt to taste, red chilli powder stir it well and off the gas stove add pavbhaji masala and dhania powder and finally add rice which you have made mix well and add chopped coriander leaves for garnishing.
