  2. You need 100 gm of almond meal.
  3. Use 15 gm of ground pork crackling.
  4. You need 1/2 tsp of xantham gum.
  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp of baking powder.
  6. You need 1 of egg.
  7. Provide 1 tsp of garlic powder.
  8. Provide 1/2 tsp of salt.
  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp of paprika.

Steps to make Keto crackers:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 C°.
  2. Melt butter in microwave.
  3. Add almond meal, xantham gum, baking powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt and mix well.
  4. Add egg and knead. When mixed well, add ground pork crackling. Make sure dough comes off the sides of the mixing bowl. If needed, add a bit more ground pork crackling..
