The ingredients needed to prepare Soyabean pulav:

  1. Take 1 cup of soya chunks & granules.
  2. Use 2 of medium size onion finely chopped.
  3. Use 1 tbsp of ginger and garlic paste.
  4. Get 1 tbsp of green chillies paste.
  5. Take 2 of medium size tomatoes chopped.
  6. Get of Water.
  7. Take of Oil.
  8. Get of Salt.
  9. Use 1 tbsp of turmeric powder, red chilli powder.
  10. Get 1 tbsp of coriander powder, garam masala.
  11. Get 1 tbsp of pavbhaji masala.
  12. Prepare 1 of bay leaf, 3_4 cloves& caradamon (roast and crush it).
  13. Prepare 1 cup of rice.
  14. Get of Coriander leaves, green garlic for garnish.

Instructions to make Soyabean pulav:

  1. Soak the soya chunks and granules in water for half an hour.
  2. Now heat the oil in cooker then add onion, ginger garlic paste, green chillies paste and saute it.
  3. When onions become light brown then add tomatoes in it And add all masalas and cover it for 5 min on low flame.
  4. Now squeeze the soya chunks granules from water and add in to cooker.
  5. Cook it for five minutes.
  6. Now add rice and mix it very well.
  7. Add water and give one whistle.
  8. Serve hot with fry potatoes or yogurt.
  9. Garnish with coriander leaves and green garlic leaves.
  10. Enjoy it.
