  1. Prepare 3 of big size boiled potatoes.
  2. You need 3 of tomatoes.

  4. Get 100 gm of califlower.

  7. Get 2 tsp of ginger and garlic paste.
  8. Provide 2 tbsp of butter + 1 tbs oil.
  9. Prepare 1 tsp of kashmiri red chilli powder.
  10. You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
  11. Use 1/2 tsp of dry mango powder.
  12. Take 1 tbs of pavbhaji masala.
  13. Get 1 tsp of lemon juice.
  14. Prepare of Pav.
  15. Prepare of Chopped onion.and lemon slice for garnishing.

Steps to make Pav bhaji:

  1. Boiled all veggies (potato, califlower, 1 capsicum, peas,tomato,onion).
  2. Then mash the veggie with the help of masher.
  3. Now heat a pan add oil and 1 tbs butter then add chopped capsicum, ginger and garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Then add all masala cook for a minute, now add all boiled veggie and mix it well, mash again with the masher add water if require.
  5. Cook for 7-8 min.
  6. Lastly add lemon juice and butter.
  7. Serve with rosted pav, onion, lemon slice.
