  1. You need 2 pcs of whole chicken - cut into 4 pcs for each chicken.
  2. Use 1/2 pc of lemon.
  3. You need 8 cloves of garlic - crushed.

  5. Get of Salt.
  6. Take of Pepper.
  7. You need of Sugar.

  11. Provide 2 tbsp of soy sauce.

  15. Get 3 tbsp of vegetable oil or olive oil.
  16. Get 1 pc of cucumber.

  1. Put the dried Shiitake mushroom in water - leave overnight.
  2. Wash the chicken and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  3. Sauteed the garlic with a little bit of oil, add ginger, some salt and pepper.

  5. Add 1500ml boiled water to the pot, some salt and pepper to taste.
